I am currently a licensed mental health therapist in the state of North Carolina. I have a passion for helping people heal holistically, meaning (body, mind, and soul).

I have experience dealing with mental challenges such as anxiety, depression, heartbreak, identity issues and self-esteem. I have been working in mental health for over 6 years and have been clinically practicing since 2023. I have experience working in different settings such as community centers, homeless shelters, foster care agencies, elementary schools and daycares, so I am open to work with many different populations.

My therapeutic approaches are positive psychotherapy which focuses on improving wellbeing by building on positive emotions, relationships, strengths, and resilience. I also specialize in client-centered therapy which bases on a belief that the client is best able to decide what to explore and how. I also incorporate a motivational interviewing approach which helps people resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities to find the internal motivation needed to change their behavior.
